A very fine showcase of our local Hinton Admiral Estate Venison. Our Venison Experience day includes a butchery and cookery masterclass in Venison, with delicious meals paired with tasty beer from Drop the Anchor.

Álfablót Viking Feast

Welcome to Álfablót, our ancient Nordic autumnal feasting day! This fun Viking themed event marks the change in season, celebrating the abundance of local produce from the New Forest.

We host diners for a sumptuous three course menu, featuring local seasonal foraged ingredients, smoked and fire cooked over locally sourced oak.
