CHEF'S TABLE
A feasting menu of seasonal produce cooked over live fire and smoke, right before your eyes! This is an interactive session where our Fire Cooks talk through ingredients to prep and fire cooking methods, before they serve up a array of delicious dishes. A truly immersive journey through the cook! Q&A session included; making this not only a tasty and indulgent experience, but an enlightening one, too! Special guest Chefs and international cuisine themes available, ask for options.

TEXAS COUNTRY FAYRE
Go all-out with our low 'n' slow Texas-style BBQ buffet! You can have Origin's signature 16-hour oak-smoked Pulled Pork, Alabama Chicken, Handmade Cheese and Jalapeno Hot Links, Mac 'n' Cheese and our mouth-watering Pork Belly - slices or bites! Served with Seasoned Fries, Buns, Slaw, Pickles and Homemade Sauces. Option to add Craft BBQ such Smoked Brisket, Picanha or Beef Short Rib, for a supplement.

LEBANESE BUFFET
Our authentic homestyle Lebanese buffet is prepared using family recipes from Beirut and South Lebanon. Featuring wood-smoked low 'n' slow and charcoal-cooked meats such as Lebanese Spiced Pulled Lamb, Beef Kofte and Chicken Shawarma. Vegetarian options available include homemade Falafel (VG) and BBQ Halloumi, along with fresh Mezza sides such as Hummous, Babaghanoush, Salata and Sumac Onions.

SURF 'N' TURF
A sumptuous feast for steak and seafood lovers!
Featuring smoked and seared Tomahawk Steak, Picanha, Grilled Shrimps, Scallops and the option to add fresh grilled catch of the day such as local Mackerel or Sea Bream. Served as sharing platters with Fries and Sides, or as individual street food Steak Frites with Gambas bowls. Comes with homemade Sauces including Chimichurri and Whiskey Cream Sauce.

We can do smoked shoulders of Pork, supplied pulled or ready to pull at home, Briskets, Ribs and Pork Belly, hot and ready for you to collect!
If you want sides, we got that covered too. We can do Mac 'n' Cheese, Pit Beans, Hummous, Salads, Slaw, provide Buns for Pulled Pork Sandwiches...
