We invite you to be a part of their success story: by learning how to prepare, butcher and cook our celebrated New Forest lamb!
Master Butcher and Forager Lee Moreton collaborates on this exciting full day experience with Origin BBQ resident fire cooks Chris and Rich.
Our team accompany you through an educational hands-on day of butchery, foraging and fire cooking techniques. You will enjoy plentiful, mouth-watering seasonal Spring food along with some delightful refreshments to keep you well watered.
